Conflicting Events on the Calendar

When two or more events occur in the same room simultaneously, they will visually overlap on the calendar. These overlapping events will be highlighted with a purple border and a purple tag that indicates the number of overlapping events, such as “X overlapping.” This clear distinction allows you to easily identify and coordinate overlapping events effectively.

All Event views will display events that are marked as Conflict Pending.

The Upcoming Events view will exclude Conflict Pending events, similar to Canceled, Denied, or Passed events.

Conflicting Events on the Event Details

If there are overlapping events when viewing Event Details, information about those overlapping events will be displayed on the Event Details page. Anyone who can access the Event Details view can also see the conflicts listed in the body of the details.
