Configure the permissions accordingly to ensure that Library Media Specialists or other users can only check out textbooks, workbooks, and other Resource Assets while excluding IT assets from the iiQ Resources module.

Result
Library Media Specialists can check out items from Resources, but they cannot check out IT Assets.
When assigning an IT asset to a user who cannot see IT assets:
Faculty in the Ticketing Module: The asset will not appear on their profile but can be found under "My Assets."
Faculty in the Resources Module: The asset will neither appear on their profile nor in "My Assets." Users can only check their own devices.
