How do I attach a file or picture to a ticket?

In some cases, it is helpful to add pictures, files or screenshots to a ticket in the comments field to better aid ticket resolution.  This can be easily accomplished by simply selecting the desired attachment file (.jpeg/.doc/etc) then dragging and dropping it into the comments field.

If you wish to attach a file when submitting a ticket, perform the same action into the designated box (below the additional description field) on the ticket submission page.
