Aside from your own ticket statistics, the Mobile Dashboard is broken down into five key sections as highlighted below:

  1. Menu Icon - This opens the navigation menu allowing users access to more features inside of Incident IQ Mobile
  2. Search Bar - This can be used to search for tickets, assets, and users
  3. Highest Priority Tickets - useful to see the tickets that need the most attention so you can handle them efficiently
  4. District Tickets - Shows the number of tickets by location, in order of greatest to least
  5. To-Do List - Shows the list of current tasks and items either added by the user or assigned to them by others
